CJ has lost 10 pounds and his church pants are already fitting better! Hooray!
I presently weigh in at 184lbs so I've lost 8 pounds from the last weigh in but I can't really tell yet and for some reason I just don't believe it. So I'm holding off celebration until I feel the shrinkage! Silly... but here we are! :P
