I am glad to hear that things are going well for almost everybody. I wish I could say the same. I will not disclose how much my weight changed (in the positive). . . maybe next weet will be better.
Hang in there! I know it can be rough and the way this week is going for me I'm sure I'll be in the same boat. Counting points really does make the biggest difference. I need to get back on the wagon and if you ever decide you want to count you can use my points slider thingy. :) Love you!
