So I am about ready to give up. I am exercising at least 30 minutes a day not gorging myself to badly, maybe more than I should but not much -- and I am still gaining weight. I don't know what I can do different, I am going to see if I can cut back on sugar and not eating out, and see if that helps, but I don't know. . . . .

ReplyDeleteI would say to remember that veggies have no calories. And see if upping your veggie intake helps any. Also, consider eating 5 times a day.
