Everyone needs to post a before pic taken this weekend with your current weight and your weight goal with the photo (if you don't have a scale I have one you can use). We'll all then blog, track, whatever... together.
Well all need to agree to post at least once a week with our present weight, loss or no loss, to stay accountable. Please share good recipies, exercise ideas, struggles, etc.! I really think it'll help us all get to be where we want to be.
