2 More Down...

I acutally tried to count points this week and ran around like a chicken with no head during yearbook deadline for three days (that's my exercise ;) and I lost 2 more pounds!  Woot!  Counting points seriously makes the BIGGEST difference (even if I go over) because I know where I am and that, alone, helps soooo much!  And I don't even feel like I'm starving anymore which is the best part.  I'm eating less because I need less to be full.  WOOT!

  1. It's the stress that took it off! I completely agree about the points because I am able to check myself and get healthier food even if its not the healthiest! Congrats! You are doing so great!

  2. Thanks for sending me the link and I read it all and I am so proud of all of you guys for doin this. I have to get the record straight though. You and Melissa joined WW and I was the one who was jealous and left out so I joined and now we are on the journey together again! I Love ya Abs!
